Tax Education Workshops · Paraguay

Taxes don't have to be
this complicated.

Practical, plain-language workshops for artisans, rural producers and market vendors in Paraguay. We explain who needs a RUC, what RESIMPLE actually means, and how to issue receipts from your phone — using examples from the municipal market, not the SET manual.

Español Guaraní Both languages, always

We are not accountants and we don't process paperwork for anyone. These are educational sessions designed to help you understand your options.

Everything in one day

Our workshops are designed to be complete and practical. Here's what every participant receives.

Full-day educational session Structured morning and afternoon modules covering all six topics
Bilingual delivery All content explained in both Spanish and Guaraní throughout the day
Printed reference guide A simple summary document to take home and consult later
Live phone demonstration Step-by-step walkthrough of issuing electronic receipts on a real device
Real market examples All scenarios use examples from local markets, fairs and rural production
Open Q&A time Dedicated space for questions in whichever language you prefer
No accounting services sold We are educators, not accountants. No upselling, no referrals
Small group format Sessions kept small so every participant can ask questions and engage

Not the SET manual. The market example.

Tax information in Paraguay is often written for accountants, not for the person selling crafts at the Saturday fair or delivering vegetables from their farm.

Our workshops use the language and situations that artisans, rural producers and market vendors actually live. When we explain RESIMPLE, we use the example of a weaver selling tejidos at the municipal market — not an abstract business entity. When we explain electronic receipts, we demonstrate on a phone, not a desktop computer.

Important: We are educators, not accountants or legal advisors. We explain how the system works and what options exist. We do not process paperwork, file declarations or provide personalized tax advice for anyone.

Made for people who work with their hands

Our workshops are built around the real situations of informal and semi-formal workers in Paraguay.

🧵

Textile artisans

Weavers, embroiderers and craft makers who sell at fairs, markets or through cooperatives and want to understand their tax obligations.

🌽

Rural producers

Small-scale farmers and agricultural producers who sell at local markets or to intermediaries and are unsure whether they need to register.

🛍️

Market vendors

People who sell food, goods or products at municipal markets or weekly fairs and have questions about receipts and registration.

🪴

Home-based producers

People who make and sell products from home — food, crafts, plants or other goods — and want to understand the basics before deciding to formalize.

🔨

Small-scale tradespeople

Carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other tradespeople who work independently and receive payments without issuing formal receipts.

🧺

Cooperative members

Members of artisan or producer cooperatives who want to understand how their individual activity relates to tax obligations at the cooperative level.

Simpler than the name suggests

Paraguay's RESIMPLE (Régimen Simplificado para Pequeños Contribuyentes) was created specifically for small-scale economic activity. Many vendors and producers who qualify for it have never heard it explained clearly.

In our workshops, we explain what RESIMPLE covers, the income ranges it applies to, and what the process of registering actually involves — without using accounting jargon.

1

Understand your income range

Learn which thresholds apply to your type of activity and annual income.

2

Know what registration involves

We explain the steps involved in obtaining a RUC without making it feel overwhelming.

3

Understand your ongoing obligations

Declarations, receipts and what to do if you fall behind — all explained clearly.
